As we search ourselves to understand our reason for being, we find something that we are passionate about, something that brings us great meaning. That is our seed of greatness, our contribution to humanity.

The pursuit of purpose is the pathway to greatness. Once you have discovered your purpose, your overarching passions, use them in the service of others. Therein lies your key to greatness.

Don’t push yourself to serve in the field that generates no passion for you. Greatness demands that we serve in the field of our passions. Our commitment to service must be intensely embedded in our self-interest. That is the only way to sustain it. We serve best in the area that brings us the most joy and exceeding meaning.

Opportunities abound to be of great service in the fields of our passions. When we serve in the area of our passions, our service becomes an act of love. We enjoy ourselves and obtain fulfillment while we meet the greatest needs of those we serve.
