Volume 02, Issue 30: Wisdom is Supreme

Wisdom is not just an accumulation of the right information; it is also the ability to apply it in one’s life. Hence the need to get understanding. Understanding cements your commitment to make wise choices and stick with doing the right thing even when you don’t feel like it.

Sense is not common. Educate yourself in order to have good sense in managing practical matters. Wisdom equips you with common sense and discernment which refresh your soul.

Learn the value of discretion. Good judgment and sensitivity to others are rare, but highly esteemed traits. Get wisdom, develop good judgment. Don’t turn your back on wisdom, for she will protect you. Love her and she will guard you. Getting wisdom is the wisest thing you can do and whatever else you do, develop good judgment.

The book of Proverbs contains universal truth – wisdom that will stick to the wall of our souls and prove its merit if we adhere to it.

Success begins with a healthy dose of wisdom. It is wisdom that will enable us to live disciplined and successful lives. Wisdom will give you common sense and success, insight and strength. The wise are mightier than the strong and those with knowledge grow stronger and stronger.

Wisdom serves rare delicacies. Her meals leave you full and satisfied - intoxicated with joy and peace. Nothing you desire can compare with her. Joyful is the person who finds wisdom, the one who gains understanding. For wisdom is more profitable than silver, and her wages are better than gold. She will offer you long life on one hand and riches and honour on the other. She will guide you down delightful paths, all her ways are satisfying.

Wisdom is supreme; therefore get wisdom. Though it cost all you have, get understanding. If you prize wisdom, she will make you great. Embrace her and she will honour you. She will place a lovely wreath on your head, and present you with a beautiful crown.

Wisdom is the key to life. It will multiply your days and add years to your life, affording you a long good life. Wisdom will lead you in straight paths. When you walk, you won’t be held back; when you run, you won’t stumble. Wise choices watch over us. Understanding will keep us safe.

Whatever you seek – be it a spouse, material possessions, friends, you will need wisdom to get them and keep them. Whoever finds wisdom finds life and receives favour from God. Wisdom is sweet to your soul. If you find it, you will have a bright future, and your hopes will not be cut short. With wisdom are riches and honour, enduring wealth and prosperity. A wise person wins friends.

Wisdom will teach you to live right and keep you from trouble. For wisdom walks in the way of righteousness, and along the paths of justice. Wisdom will help you do what is right, just and fair. All who listen to wisdom live in peace, untroubled by fear of harm.

Wisdom will afford you financial literacy and enduring riches. The wise have wealth and luxury, but fools spend whatever they get.
